Actor Alexis Denisof is going to show up in S 3. Fans of Angel may know him as Wesley Wyndam-Price. Here's the money quote from Deadline:

Yep; they're married. I'd love to see some more Buffy/Angel alum on Grimm. Nostalgia and all that.

Thank you so much! I already knew who Monroe's parents were gonna be, but I didn't know about Rosalee's mother and sister (didn't even know she has sister too). Episode 11 and 12 are going to be very interesting! First Monroe meets her mother and sister in 11 (how will that turn out?) and in 12 we'll see Monroe's parents
I can't wait to see what happens when they find out about their friend being a grimm (I hope they will, remember when Monroe said that the grimms murdered his grandfather = one of his parents father : they will probably revenge him, or at least try of course) These 2 episodes will be one of the best we've seen

Edited to add: so, is anyone else fairly certain that Alexis Denisof is going to be not only Eric's cousin, but (mega spoiler here for 6 December 2013 episode "Stories We Tell Our Young")
