The Stick - Selkie - 05-23-2016

How is it that no one (in the series) has guessed at what the stick is?

Hmmmm, the Templars (Christian Religious Order of some notoriety) put away a super magic stick, found on Crusade, a smaller part of a bigger object, so powerful that it had to be hidden from humanity. A stick that /heals/ people.

Hint: it's not Merlin's wizard staff.

Is it as obvious to other people as it is to me that this is intended to be the end-and and be-all of medieval relics, a fragment of the Cross? (or have I spent too much time around medievalists...?)

Probably because they don't want to alienate any viewers who might be offended by saying it. Safer to just let everyone be unsure.

A simple good answer we each can have our own option on what it is. Do you wonder why Nick only had to have it in his pocket and it work when the other two uses touch the person skin?

I don't think it was against Monroe's skin, at least not very much. It was in Nick's hand and he was holding Monroe's arm through his sleeve.

I figure they are building up to a "Big Reveal".

Actually JS, Nick didn't have it in his pocket. He put it inside his shirt. Smile

RE: The Stick - FaceInTheCrowd - 05-23-2016

It was in the inside pocket of his jacket.

I'll watch it again, but I really think he put it inside his shirt. Dodgy
