If it was real life I would say I would fear Eve even more if she was uncapable of fill anger.
That would mean she was a really could thing. Capable of planning and waiting as much time as it takes.... With her power... She could mind control US president and order a atomic bomb against Russia.... Initiating WWIII.

Yes, but remember, there were good terminators too.
Actuality... There were terminators reprogrammed by John Connor to obey him. They weren't good (or bad) since they simply follow a program defined previously by skynet (or by John Connor).
Even skynet just follows a computer program that in the movie is capable to evolve itself alone (Artificial intelligence).
As Eve is a person (according to show runners) she has the capability to be good or bad or both depending on your point of view.
