RE: Diana - irukandji - 03-27-2016

With all of the hype about Diana, it seems she's about to reappear. It's interesting to me that Adalind's are beginning to reappear. Is there a connection between the two?

Adding these points now we get a tease about Renard using Diana to break up Nick and Adalind. One post does see this as likely the believe Diana will be to strong to use as a pawn.

I like that idea LBB is to be this all powerful hexenbiest I can't see her as pawn to anyone. Will she be using Renard while Renard thinks he is using her?

I would go with Nick and Adalind planing a double cross, except the show has created this mistrust, and nick remembering the past. It is amazing he is remembering the one task the Sean setup and Adalind executed. If Adalind waits to tell Nick about Seans offer or Nick finds out, how would he not think it is the hexenbiest in her.

Of course the show could be planning a giant misdirect. It would be great to she the writers get that creative. That would be the biggest twist in five seasons of Grimm.
Would be great for a change to see Nick and Adalind talking about Diana. Adalind telling Nick about the phone call and Nick saying let's try and get her back. If Adalind did this would go a long way to making the Nadalind thing work.

I agree, as Nick already knows Adalind is a hex and that her powers are going to return at some point, I cannot see the logic in her hiding anything from him. She is pretty much aware that Nick/scoobies tried to help juliette at least suppress the hex in her and the help was rejected. For the writers to look at this being a viable scenario is poor to say the least. I usually really look forward to up coming episodes but the way things are heading with some of the storylines, I'm neither here nor there with the show at the moment. Adalind needs to sit with Nick and have a real heart to heart about her fears and what is going on with Sean. For her to act as she is currently doing, to someone she has professed to being in love with, makes no sense.
Do you see a misdirect from the writers making us think she not going to tell Nick and set up a fall out, but will tell Nick and work out thing?

Yep, that is kinda what I'm hoping to see, but the writers have kinda let things slip so far.

It's going to be interesting that's for sure. Just her showing up (powerful and magical and all the feels etc from mommy and daddy and the "head games") is enough for Nick to become uber protective over Kelly and may make him feel that she's too dangerous to be around baby Kelly *hmmm* or she may "put things in his head/mind" that makes him paranoid and/or not very trusting of her. She must want something or have something in mind. Everybody wants "something" no matter how small ...

I don't think that Diana will do that with Adalind, Nick and Kelly, because she will become protective of them, but she can with Renard, when she realizes that he's going to the dark side by using her and her mother for power!

RE: Diana - Rotkäppchen - 04-02-2016

She may very well be "very much her father's daughter" kwim

They are supposed to work together ... as has been hinted at/suggested by Sasha Roiz regarding the girl that is portraying Diana ... Every one seems to think that she's going to be all ooey gooey over Kelly. This coming from a still child mentally (grows fast) that had all that ripped away from her because of her mother. If her mother hadn't done that ritual it would not have happened. If it wasn't for her mother's actions regarding a LOT of things. So, I'm just not sure - I feel more like she may feel more connected to her dad her see him as more of the one that lost out and tried to do the right thing(s) for her unlike how she views her mom (which afterwards and outside of the ritual all Adalind wanted was her daughter safe) but we have to remember we don't know where she's been or who has her and how she's being raised (since mama Kelly was killed) so, I'm hoping she shows up soon! Like real soon - like Friday LOL

You have the wrong actress. My daughters friend was cast to play princess Diana. She is a young local actress and this is her first tv role.

It's been corrected a few times in here with the right/correct photo of Hannah LOYD that is playing - on this thread and a couple others. We weren't the only ones (when Claire Coffee said the name only images popping up were those above and we were spelling wrong etc plus they had not released info just yet either about the young actress - who is just so adorable and as others are saying will really look a lot like Renard and Adalind plus being an Oregonian to boot) - if you scan back just a few days ago/prior and then before that - all after these links were posted the right actress with picture too was shared on here Smile

So now that we know your dd knows her - can we get some spoilers HAHAHAHAHAHA I'm just kidding! or ammmm I hmmm *lol*

RE: Diana - aboutnici - 04-07-2016

I just posted about her (Hannah Loyd) on this forum and she does looks like she's Adalind and Renard's daughter and I heard that she's a really good actress and I can't wait to see how she will play this important character.

Yes, I re-did the picture with the correct actress either week before last or last weekend or something as it was corrected on twitter and some other places not long after Claire Coffee stated the name but I, like you, think she looks like a good blend of them as well. Lots have been saying that she has his eyes and Adalind's looks - from the small tidbits we've picked up from Sasha re his character and hers as I've posted previously it may seem she is very much her father's daughter *mwahahahaha* or he and the episodes may make it seem that way as we really don't know much about her and since the writers have not shed much light on Eve's long road/recovery with HW - so where exactly did she go or wind up after the King went over on the helicopter with Meisner? I mean, hey, did he then take her to his friends or an HW site or what? Will we even learn that or any of that the rest of these upcoming episodes or will that be backstory or stories in Season 6? They have IMO tremendous amounts of items to work with for S6 and I sure hope that they take the opportunity to do so (so that if they get a S7 and say that is the final one) it can be wrapped up succinctly you know. All that material they have to explore next year doesn't even include how the finale ends either so to me they should capitalize on all of it and have a bang up blistering new season. They need to use and utilize their strongest writers and capitalize on them and even if it means changing a couple others out that are a bit weaker in order to get this done. I want writers that are able to pick up where another dropped off and keep it flowing and moving and without being able to notice by the way the actors characters are written. I am criticizing a couple writers (and don't enjoy doing that as they all seem to be super nice and really wonderful people - but I don't know them in person I'm speaking of their material and not them as a human HA) - who I think make Monroe and even Rosalee not their usual selves and definitely Monroe not as witty same for Wu (and no zingers from Wu or Hank) and then Nick being so weak - yet Eve oh well that's different it just is weird and some is nuances but I can tell. Especially Monroe's lines and it irks me LOL can you tell *hahahahahhaa*
