Grimm add-on Story - Martyr - 04-29-2013
Just to see how everybody thinks and writes, Add on to the story with two or three sentences at a time, you can't write two post in a row. I'll start.
It was a dark, wet night in Portland, Oregon. Nick, the Grimm was driving home from work, when he saw something by the road.

After pulling over he got out of his truck to take a look. At first he thought it might be a dead dog, perhaps it got hit by a car. As he approached he was surprised when it jumped up and ran off into the woods.

As he walked back to his car, a shadowy figure shoved him into the ground and bolted into the forest.

Nick spared his face from hitting the asphalt -- barely -- and rolled to his feet. Hands stinging with gravel, he reached for his service weapon. He reflexively called out, "Portland PD!"

Looking down, Nick sees blood on his clothes and the ground. After a quick scare he realizes it's not his. Whatever it was on the side of the road, it is bleeding.

Sidearm pointed toward the ground, he approached the shape ahead. It was too small to be anything but a human, and by the length of it, it might be a short woman or a child. Chest tightening, he reached for what he hoped was a bloody shoulder in the heap.

Just before actually touching it, Nick puts away his gun and takes out his flashlight. Turning on his flashlight he sees......

A Wesen in full woge. He jumped back, startled not by the inhuman face, but the particular creature he was looking at.

The wesen had coal colored skin, red eyes, sharp yellow teeth, spikes running down from it's neck to it's middle back.
