I have said plenty about Juliette persona, One thing you can be sure of, Juliette was not a switch hitter. All Hetro-gal here.
Most of Nick and Monroe's buddy scenes from the very beginning of the show until the end, my favourite being 5x12 because it's the most recent.
Nick screaming Rosalee at the top of his lungs in 6x07.
Nick playing with baby Kelly at the loft.
Nick interrogating Tony about a certain blond, petite hexenbiest, he seemed rather proud that she broke Tony's fingers.
Adalind choosing to keep Diana and go on the run. That, and the scene outside the police station when she realises they took Diana.
Nick's finding Kelly's head in the the box. I felt his grief, much like the scene in 6x13 where he hugs (almost) everyone and you can see the joy in his eyes which had been a crushing grief just moments before. It's always nice to see Nick being very expressive since he keeps his feelings close to the vest, and became too brooding and very stoic at the end of the show.
Sasha playing Eve playing Renard and again Sasha playing Nick playing Renard, the best comedic scenes with him on the show, great actor as well.
Nick sending the two reapers' heads back to Austria.

Nick taunting Adalind at the hotel so she woged in anger in 1x03.
The aftermath of Nick and Adalind's fight where she tells him he's killed her and he replies she didn't look dead to him. He was so shocked over what happened, watching her walk away tearfully, like he didn't know what else to do but watch her.
Monroe and Rosalee every time they try to have some alone, quality time together as they talked Monroe's clocks or the symphony or some other quirk of his before Nick rudely interrupts them with a case. They are always so sweet.
Any scenes with Monroe's parents. I wished we would have seen more of them.
When the gang discovers all the weapons in the bottom of the trunk from Monroe’s uncle. The extra keys were an added bonus.
