Nick's enhanced hearing was a side effect of his encounter with the tse-tse fly wesen. Trubel doesn't have it, although she seems to have the extra Grimm agility and strength.
Juliet a Hexenbiest did not see that coming. Is she a full hexenbiest with all the powers. There is suppose to be a fight later in the season between Juliet and Adalind. That would mean she has the strength. I guess this means she can see wessen. Why would she keep this from Nick? She knows his blood could make her normal.
Do we know she keeps this from Nick? From what I remember she found out near the end of the episode, and they might decide to leave her hexenbiest for a while, if not forever.

I try to avoid spoilers. please help me out.
Hexenbiesten--if that is the correct plural--need training to fully use their powers; how to blend potions, etc.--which may explain why it is said that the Captain's mother is coming back. Juliette needs a crash course. Of course, as a vet she already knows her way around a lab, so that will help.
Someone made a good point in the El Chupacabra episode thread and that was...to get rid of the Hexenbiest Wesen spirit, all Juliette should have to do is partake of a little of Nick's blood. I bet there will be a catch here, however....surely, it won't be that simple?
Juliette saw the need for Nick to become a Grimm again to help Monroe and Rosalee. Maybe Juliette will remain a Hexebiest to help save Monroe and get even with adalind. I wonder if being a hexenbiest will make her evil. Will Nick stay if her personality changes. Will being a hexenbiest cause her to seek revenge on Adalind. Her desire for revenge, she rejects Nick's attempts to cure her. The longer she stays a hexenbiest the more she becomes like adalind.

I love this Big Grin
I think "Hexenbiests" would be the Grimm-writers choice. German would be "Hexenbiester".

Yes, this was the way Nick took Adalind’s powers, you could see the "Hexenbiest-spirit" leaving her body and Adalind was just a normal person (S1E17 Love Sick). As normal as Adalind can be Big Grin.

Great plot. I’d love that. Juliette could need some extra-powers, though it doesn’t seem she appreciates them Confused. But it could be dangerous for her personality. Besides that, I’m sure Juliette will never get used to the Hexenbiest in the mirror!
Am I the only one who doesn't believe that being a Hexenbiest is necessarily a negative? I mean Elizabeth is a Hexenbiest and Capt. Renard is a Zauberbiest and they are on the fringe of the good guys. I think a Hexenbiest could be like any other Wesen...choose to do good or choose to be bad....just like Blutbads.

Nick cuts his face shaving or slices his finger in the kitchen and she 'kisses it to make it all better'?
