Renard lost everything, BC will be hunted down..he does not know a angry LT is after him....he has to go back to his job with Wu, Nick and Hank hating him Nick maybe a bit understanding) Renard is at his lowest and here pops Miesner continuing to tell Renard that he is on the wrong side...he has no sides...so why is Miesner trying to get Renard to see error of his ways, isn't it a moot point???
The only thing I can come up with is that Miesner has to get Renard to change his mind...because there is something much more important he has to do..but he has to Make Renard repent some how to accomplish what he need to do in the future.
