We haven't seen anything show that Conrad let Sean in on any contacts worldwide. We also we told that Lucian was the only one allowed to contact the other cells. So it seems to me it would take Lucian coming back to town for Sean to get those contacts. On the other side we know Trubel has contacts within HW so she should be able to rebuild the Portland HW before Sean has time to make the needed contacts. IMO

Lucien is a hop and a jump from Portland he and seems the remaining cells are in Seattle Washington......Trubel is in a tunnel and can not come out unless Renard leaves so she will not give their hideaway ..away..so It is Sean who will be contacted when Lucien can not get in contact with Conrad..as for Trubel and remember Trubel told Nick there was no one there to fight BC except them. Meaning Nick , Hank, Wu and Monroe and her contacts are much more further away than BC members are or Trubel would said we are getting re enforcement but we on our own for now....

I may have missed the fact that Lucian is in Seattle last we seen of him was right after Dixon was killed. I don't recall them telling us where he was going next. When they questioned the BC member he said Lucian was the only one who had contact between other BC cells. Now granted he may have given Sean his phone number but again we didn't see that if he did. Would he have done that until he was sure of Renard's plans?
So what that being said what if as I think will happen Trubel comes back up from the tunnel? Sean is now faced with two Grimms so if he had any thoughts about another fight with Nick that was change with Nick, Trubel, and Eve now on the scene. Might it be possible or even likely that the breach of HW may have sent out the alert to other HW compounds the alarms were sounding so this may have been automatic.
From what we be told BC will not be an subject next season so we may be debating a mute point.

hmmm no BC ..there will be no need for HW.... I believe the ring and the stick takes center stage next season however.
