What about a couple of episodes with an evil grimm? One who is totally old school 'and the only good wesen, is a dead wesen' type. Or, perhaps uses their grimm abilities, and the wesen fear of grimms, to strong arm and extort from the wesen community. A sort of grimm protection racket. With a few abject examples to get the message across. Nick and his crew have to hunt him, or her, down before the situation gets totally out of control.
Excellent thought, but how about a homage to the untouchables, an evil Wesen king pin moves into Portland, providing a new highly addictive drug to the Wesen community. Our gang play the eponymous untouchables, Nick as Elliott Ness, Hank as Jim Malone, Wu as Oscar Wallace and Trubel as George Stone. We just need an appropriate Wesen to play the Al Capone Character, id use someone like Brian Cox or William Fichtner if you want a younger more dynamic protagonist. It could play out over multiple episodes with Renard having to cover with the Kehrseite authorities for the Gang as they endeavour to put down the crime wave created by the new drug.
Wow, wouldn't you love to see Gary Oldman as a really crazy ass, evil wesen crime lord!! Probably never happen. The show could never afford him. That would be so cool, though.
How about Jonathan Adams, who played the crime boss "Vulcan Simmons" on several episodes of Castle? That sepulchral voice, perfect!
WOW! great call, I loved him on the first season of Bones, the distinguished cerebral head of the Jeffersonian Institute. That would be a really interesting take on a crime boss, an exceptionally brilliant thinker, moving his heavies around the board, out thinking enemies and the authorities alike, rather than what we normally get, a thug in $5,000 suit. It would make taking him down more than simply an extended punch up, it would need to follow the original untouchables story where you had to think laterally to find a way of taking the bad guy down. I'm not saying we need to do the whole tax evasion thing, but perhaps something more Sherlockian (surprise, surprise ), where the solution doesn't require a gun fight. There is enough scope for battle, but a story with edge, witt, intelligence heroics would be awesome
That's very interesting! I like that idea! Make a great 4 or 5 episode story arc. Perhaps, he decides to move into town because words out the grimm ain't a grimm anymore.
He could send out a few of his minions to keep up the MOTW bit, while we have a deeper underlying story line of how to get to this guy and take him out! Could be fun!
