When he has had to kill, it has been for a reason (you may or may not agree with the reasoning), Wesen or otherwise. There are only two real occasions that come to mind where he actively took out Wesen, once was the reapers and once was with the 4 Verrat agents who to be honest are effectively the Royal death squads, so with all due respect, the more of them that get put to the sword the better. Any other Wesen that died were in the line of duty, and lets flip the coin on it's head, how many Wesen has he saved directly or assisted in saving, so Renard's remark is clearly nothing more than another manipulation, he wanted to keep his Grimm on the board available to be aimed at more of his enemies.(06-03-2014, 02:28 PM)wfmyers1207 Wrote: Let's not forget that Monroe and Rosalee have some dark elements in their pasts.
Could someone/something from Rosalee's days as an addict come back to haunt her? Monroe decides that no one is going to mess with his lady and goes all Blutbad on their asses!
But, then Nick and Hank have to go after Monroe as cops!
Do you really think Nick and Hank would go after Monroe? It seems like every other episode, they're covering for someone, from T.Rubel to Hank's physical therapist to zombie Nick. And Sean Renard nailed it on the head when he said the only problem Nick had with who he killed as a zombie was that it was a human, and not a Wesen.
I'd love to see Nick go really dark, not necessarily evil per se. Having Juliette stripped from him and having his power taken, both by Adalind, his Captain dropped by Royal order, possible suspension or even dismissal from the Portland PD, after all Trubel is a suspect in several cases and will almost certainly be tagged as the perpetrator of the decapitation of Steward and she was a guest in his home! Perhaps it time that he starts setting the agenda, didn't Renard say a Grimm without control was bad for everyone, so what has Nick got to lose. He may not be able to see Wesen any more it doesn't mean he can't kill them, and a bullet to the head generally gets the job done unless you are a Siegbarste probably So maybe the Royals need to be given a dose of their own medicine, a little taste of fear may make them a tad more circumspect in their dealings. Nick can go on a nice European vacation take in the sites and leave the occasional message for the Royals along the way just to remind them they are not so untouchable, with a final stop with a certain Hexenbiest to discuss her inappropriate behaviour. And maybe finally we get to see Nick chop somebodies head off
I've thought along these lines myself. It may be that after all the crap that has gone down, Nick gets suspended. Hey, an FBI agent, rogue or not, was killed in his home and his captain was shot there as well. Questions are going to be asked. Juliette leaves him, perhaps for good, perhaps not. As well as all the other stuff that has happened.
Nick decides enough is enough, goes on the run to Europe with Truble, and go goes bat shit crazy ballistic on the royal families and the werrat!
