@JS, given their respective potential resource base, you would think at first it would be Renard. However, Renard doesn't really trust anyone and in his defense, he can't really trust anyone under the circumstances.
Nick and the crew will probably be outnumbered, but they can, and have, trusted each other with their lives and their comrades have always come through for them. Eve/Juliette is a question mark. I don't think they can consider her a member of the Grimm CAT (combat assault team). But, so long as they keep a close eye on her she could prove to be a useful ally.
I give the edge to CO Nick, LT Truble and the Grimm CAT.

This is an interesting comparison.
As precinct captain, Renard has the loyalty of most of the police officers. Plus, Nick attacking Renard probably caused most to seem him as emotionally unstable and possibly dangerous. As mayor, Renard is top dog in the political game of trading favors and using intimidation. He’ll also probably have the loyalty of some of the remaining Portland BC members. But I agree with wfmyers1207 about the lack of loyalty in Renard’s camp. He can’t afford to trust anyone has absolute loyalty to him. Renard’s biggest defense or detriment might be Diana. We don’t know yet whether she would chose one parent over another, or if she has an agenda that ultimately doesn’t include either parent.
By contrast, everyone in Nick’s camp is absolutely loyal to him, even to the point of risking their lives to achieve his objectives. Also agree with wfmyers1207 about the possible downside with Juliette/Eve. S5 established Eve is loyal to Nick and possibly experiencing traces of Juliette’s feeling for him. But we don’t yet know how the stick might affect her. Emotions rushing to the surface faster than Juliette/Eve can process them might incapacitate her fighting skills and/or make her unpredictable. Another negative could be Rosalee’s pregnancy. While both would otherwise risk their lives for Nick and to get his son back, they now have to consider their unborn child’s future.
All this aside and taking a purely objective approach - S4 had a seasoned Grimm showing less caution than a freshman counterpart because the show needed to kill off a character. S5 built up HW & BC as formidable organizations. BC took down HW with little more effort than swatting a fly. In the season finally, Nick took down a horde of BC operatives with a handgun, a stove, and a stick. The powerful BC leader was taken down by an equally powerful child via remote access. Not sure I have any confidence in S6 being any different. A lot of build up that dissipates within an episode or two.

All of season five Eve worked with Nick and crew. Even Rosalee said she was glad Eve was on their side. In the last few episodes, each time Nick went to battle he requested Eve's assistance. That is why I find it confusing why people are so down on Eve. She has literally saved their lives. And risked herself to rescue Hank and Nick. She has not keep anything from Nick. Including him in HW information.
Nothing was said to suggest anyone is down on Juliette. We simply speculated possible fallout from the stick. The only info we have is G & K saying the stick will bring a lot of emotions to the surface. At this point we don't know how much that might affect Eve or for how long. If she's temporarily an emotional mess, she won't be much use to Nick or anyone else during that time.

Lets see how Nick and Renard stack up. Renard, some local wessen who respect him because he is a Royal(see season 1). Maybe(really maybe) some royal cousins in Europe. Some cops in Portland, but when the word gets out they were fighting over Nick's girl, not the whole force-bosses should not be fishing in a underlings pound . Some BC, but hard to depend on them because they will suspect Renard probably had something to do with Conrad getting killed. Nick has friends on the police force, 2 or 3 hex's, depending on how it goes. A potion brewing wessen, and people who owe him big time in several groups(season 1 through 5) At least one Grimm, maybe more once he starts to contact the others. Survivors from the Council(they will frown on anyone with BC connections). HW, once they send a new crew to Portland. All in all, my money is on Nick.
