While there has been a lot of discussion about story arcs and musical themes, Grimm also has a lot of visual and physical elements in each episode. There is Wesen makeup, wogeing, environmental special effects, fight scenes, weaponry, the Grimm history books, the cool architecture (Victorian and Craftsman), and the forest around Portland, Oregon.
What physical or visual aspect of Grimm is your favorite?
Mine is most definitely any time they shoot the show outside in the forest areas--under the tree canopy or near water. So gorgeous and mysterious, the forest is almost a character in its own right.
Perhaps a close second is that awkwardness of a Wesen going into full woge. I'm still startled by it even after 3 plus seasons.
