As much as I'm not a fan of TRubel...this song sort of fits for her and for Hank and for Wu when they felt lost and alone. There's such a great contrast between the craggy voice of Willie Nelson and the smooth baritone of Kurt Nilsen, almost as though there's a bridge from being in a hard, rough place to finding relief in peace.

I keep "eye of the tiger" permanently on my iPod. When ever I'm in my car and I see someone jogging, I que it up, pull in behind them and coast, roll down the windows, and turn it up to 11. I love the looks i get. Its just one of the little things that help me get thru the day.

OMG...I am going to steal this idea and do it. Sometimes the Citadel Cadets are running in formation when I go to run my errands. Oh man...I am almost crying here I'm laughing so hard. This is going to be awesome.

I only do it to a single jogger. Although I get a lot of smiles, i've also pissed off a few (or at least they act pissed off - either no sense of humor or perhaps i've startled them). So be careful if you take on a platoon.
Sometimes i play this song, too
Ha! wouldn't it be great if the Cadets adopted the cadence and put in a few boxing moves on their run!
I just saw T. Swifties new music video and I was going to post it in My Favorite Music or Song of the Moment thread. But I thought that it gave me the perfect excuse to resurrect this dusty old thread.
If you have been following my posts you know that I consider Taylor a guilty pleasure and I have been somewhat reluctant and embarrassed to admit that I am a fan. But I think this song and video may have cured me of that.
One headline that caught my eye was "Taylor Swift's New Video Is A Better Fairytale Movie Than Maleficent and Mirror Mirror Put Together"
Anyway, I think this song would be an excellent addition to our imaginary Grimm Soundtrack. I haven't really deciphered the lyrics yet, it's probably about another bad relationship, but the little story in the video is total fairytale.

I'm not a Taylor Swift fan. Old time, old school rocker here! But that wasn't bad!
