You're were not confused, I was high on cold remedies of all stripes, and couldn't sleep due to the symptoms I was exhibiting
Bummer! Hope you recover quickly.
I'll get over it unless I'm fortunate enough to get anti-biotic resistant double pneumonia and die. But why look on the bright side
Thanks for the concern, its that time of year over here and every bacteria looking to squat seems to find my body a convenient flop house, and obviously my immune system decides it time to take its yearly vacation to sunnier climbs.
Good grief, let's not! My Dad had double pneumonia (thankfully not anti-biotic resistant) a few years ago. It was bad, scared the stuffing out of us.
I will aim "go away" vibes at the germs for you. Can't say it'll be that effective, but I'll try. We're waiting for our first round of winter yuck ourselves. The eldest works with the public, so it's bound to happen soon. Annoying though, he brings it home and he's sick for a day but his sister and I are sick for weeks!
I truly feel for you, I used to work for several medical centres and managed their out of hours services, and I swear I used to get every single bug going around irrespective of how much antibacterial gel I soaked my hands in and I was seriously uptight about it, but my immune system is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Doctor: You betrayed me … betrayed my trust. You betrayed our friendship, you betrayed everything that I’ve ever stood for. You let me down!
Clara: Then why are you helping me?
Doctor: Why? Do you think I care for you so little that betraying me would make a difference?
