If you follow the whole storyline that lead up to this scene, Nick admits to wanting to get back his Grimm, but only if Juliette wanted it also. He never forced her to accept the ritual. If anyone placed more emphasis to get it done was Juliette. She drove that whole process, not Nick.
Once she becomes a Hexenbiest she acts as if Nick tricked her into doing the deed. She reacts as if she had no part in it and was the poor little normal girl that was taken advantage by all and especially Nick.
And I still came not come to terms with what did Kelly ever due to Juliette to justify what she did to her in return. If she hated Adalind so much she should have tanked her for taking Adalind baby away.
Juliette did a lot of irrational things once she became a Hexenbiest.
She was flip-flopping on whether it was a good or bad thing that she turned into a Hexenbiest. I think Juliette said she liked being a Hexenbiest by 4x18 but told Nick she was in Hell in the next episode during the confrontation at the station. She then went on to tell the gang when are they going to realize she likes who she is in the episode after that one.
There was really no default position for her other than bitter and angry which Rosalee told her when she visited her while she was locked up but was insistent on denying.
I'd have to speculate why Juliette blamed the gang. She told them they all had a part to play in what happened to her. I suppose it's because Monroe and Rosalee worked with Elizabeth on the potion and everyone either encouraged or didn't stop her from inhaling from the hat. Rosalee told Juliette she felt partly responsible for what happened and Juliette agreed with her.
Nobody foresaw what would happen as a result of the reversal spell so I can objectively say none of them were responsible. Juliette laying the blame on them when she's the one who told Nick he needed to be a Grimm again doesn't fly. I think Juliette is responsible for her own choices once she decided to stay with Nick when the wesen world was revealed to her. Her heart was in the right place at times but I'm not someone who thinks Nick and the gang should be blamed for everything that happened to her after season 3.
After all, Wu didn't hold turning into NeanderWu against them and he was truly out of control at first because he didn't even remember what he did unlike Juliette when she became a Hexenbiest who was still fully conscious of what she was doing.
As far as Kelly is concerned, I get the feeling Juliette was trying to kill two birds with one stone by helping setup something that would hurt both Nick and Adalind and didn't really care who got hurt in the process. I don't think she gave whatever she was feeling at any certain time much thought beyond what she could do to feel instant gratification. Impressing the royals was part of it but not as much as the payback she felt she was getting. I think a lot of the carnage could've been avoided if she had just slept on it a bit more.
