Nick murdered a man at a bar while he was a zombie. Renard murdered three people while under Jack the Ripper's influence. Juliette was responsible for Kelly's death, as well as the off-screen homicides of a few unknown civilians while in full-on Hexenbiest mode.
If Juliette were ever to return, there's a chance she would be absolved of her crimes just like Nick and Renard before her because "she wasn't herself." But would that really fly anymore? Nick's mom is still dead, and someone needs to answer for it. Kenneth got a blade in the throat, and good riddance. But the fact remains Juliette helped to orchestrate Kelly's demise. Worse still, she stood by and did nothing while Kelly was slaughtered, making her "I didn't know Kenneth was going to do that" excuse to Nick all the more ridiculous.
Maybe it's time the "I wasn't myself" defense was put to rest once and for all. Neither Nick or Renard really had their wits about them, but Juliette did...for the most part. While Nick and Renard could be compared to recovering alcoholics, Juliette would be more along the lines of a schizophrenic patient. If there's to be any kind of gradual reconciliation between Nick and Juliette, guilt and forgiveness over Kelly's murder needs to play a pivotal role.
