Adalind has not been able to work again but if she can get Diana to be able to part of a school environment she may be able to work part time.

But it seems to me that if she's got all her mom's spells and she can't figure out a way to make a buck out of that, she's not trying hard enough.

I'd like to see Adalind start her own Wesen oriented law firm at some point. Something more community oriented and less shady than the one she's been at. It would make sense for her to do that, going forward, because it would tie into Nick's growing importance to the Wesen of Portland. He's become their protector in a physical sense, so it's logical to think she would take on that same role in a legal manner. It would also be another prime example of the way in which Nick has broken down old notions in Wesen society. For the most part Hexenbeist have been little more trusted by most Wesen, than Grimms were. For them to go to her for help in the same manner they do Nick, would be a massive cultural shift.

I actually like that idea. It goes back to what the writers said about the scoobies contuining the "progressive" Grimm family business by doing their part in their own way. Adalind is a lawyer and she could do good as that as well as a hexenbiest. Her and Nick could be partners beyond the romantic relationship. I keep thinking of the orderly from a few episodes back who could have used a good lawyer who would have understood his situation better. That could be her role going forward, helping both wesen and kehrseite communities in the same way Nick does as a cop.

Not all potions and spells have to do with killing or seducing. Most have to do with warding off evil, money, health, good luck. There are religious shops in New Orleans that have huge selections for all needs. Catherine had a good life style based on her abilities, she would have left more to Adaline if she had paid her taxes. Ditto Henerietta.

I noticed a brass mortar and pestle with an embossed "R" on the side. Perhaps a Renard family heirloom, given to Diana by her grandmother? And, does team Grimm have a surveillance drone hovering above Portland at all times? The large monitor by the weapon's cabinet seems to imply it. Also, the new trailer is much more orderly and stylish. I'm sensing Adalind's touch.

It was old, and items of that nature are usually stamped with a family name. If it had been a "C", I might have suspected Rosalee. And I would imagine most of Monroe and Rosalee's stuff is still at the spice shop.

I believe the old trailer belonged to Marie's dad. It was cluttered up with decades of stuff, old books, potions and poisons, weapons, etc. Give the new trailer a chance, it only looked a few years old. In time its age will show.

This is one the reasons Juliette should be dead!

Considering their youth, it's unlikely they've got the resources to fund that trailer.

Diana is the daughter of Sean Renard. Sean is the sole heir of the Kings estate. Funding the trailer would be a drop in the bucket. You see the house Sean bought after his father death. The one before that his mother had to buy it for him.

Viktor became King when Meisner killed Frederick and would have assumed all assets, except what was left to Renard by his father.

Nick IS a Grimm and was given Marie and Kelly's old trailer, so it made sense that he would want all of his family heirlooms in one place. If not for that troll Juliette, Nick would still have all of his old books, weapons and potions.

I always hated that the show turned the Spice Shop into a replacement for the Grimmabago in the first place!
