Once Adalind told the Royals Kelly had Diana, Kelly was as good as dead. Juliette only changed the where and how. Everyone blames Juliette like it was her plan. She only provided information. Information that Kenneth was willing to gain at gun point. If Juliette had not cooperated. Kenneth would have put a gun to little Kelly's head forcing Nick to contact his mother. It was Adalind that put the target on Kelly's back. The Royals had no idea who the women was in the attack to kidnap Diana. If Adalind had not opened her mouth the Royals would have never even been looking for Kelly. So actually the women Nick is laying his head next to is the one that actually put his mother in danger.
Her is what I don't understand about Adalind. Viktor deceives her, throws her in the dungeon and mentally tortures her for information. Yet for a few new cloths Adalind is willing to continue helping Viktor. Adalind even told Sean once he gets Diana he would have no need for her. This shows she had no anticipation her help would lead to her getting Diana back. But still she stays and helps Viktor, and then Kenneth. Even after seeing Kenneth was killing anyone in his way.
