Juliette did not want to talk about the true feelings. That did not help her.

I do say that if she really and truly cares for Juliette and wants Juliette back into the fold, going to jail and prattling on about Nick isn't going to do it. Rosalee could have done so much more by fronting Juliette's bail and taking her in.

Here is that jail scene phone conversation. Juliette: [She and Rosalee both pick up the phones] Rosalee, it's so nice of you to pop by. Rosalee: Juliette, I just-I wanted you to know how sorry I am for everything that's going on. I've-I feel partially responsible. Juliette: You are, but I don't blame you. In fact, I think I should thank you. Rosalee: No, look. Juliette, this isn't you. Juliette: It wasn't me. But it sure is now. What happened? Did Nick come over and do a big boo hoo with you? Rosalee: He loves you. Juliette: That's really nice, Rosalee, but can the love stuff. I mean, life is so much more interesting now. I mean, would you give up being a Fuchsbau if you could? Rosalee: I-I would if it was the only way I could be with Monroe. Juliette: And would he do the same for you? Rosalee: I believe he would. Juliette: Well, Nick wouldn't give it up for me. He had the chance. Rosalee: You can't blame Nick for that. We needed him back because of the threats against us. And you agreed. Juliette: No, no, no. I'm not complaining. Like, everything just worked out for the best. You got your husband back, Nick is a Grimm again, and I am on top of the world. Rosalee: No. No. You're-you're angry and you're bitter and I don't blame you. I mean, nobody-nobody does. We're your friends, though. Juliette, I'm your friend, and I know you, and I know you're still in love with Nick. Juliette: Thanks for stopping by. [She sets the phone down and walks away] Rosalee: Juliette! It is so obvious of Juliette superlative attitude and her condescending manner of talking down to Rosalee. To top it off, Juliette is the one to stop the conversation and walks away from Rosalee. We all have our biases at looking at things but how can you carry on a conversation with someone so obsessed, they are unable to see the light of day.

But exactly what help did Rosalee provide, New Guy? In my opinion, her visit to the jail didn't make Juliette realize that these people could help her. Instead, it made Juliette realize that no help was coming from them. They were planning on letting her rot in jail.

She broke the law and was put in jail. Was that Rosalee's fault? When out of jail she went on a tirade that included assaulting Rosalee. Did Rosalee deserve deserve to be attacked? So is Kenneth your hero? Did he bail her out to help promote peace and good will? Juliette rejected all help offered to her. Very good.
In the case of Juliette it would be like acting with an alcoholic. If you do not recognize that you are sick...

To "SOME" this Juliette character can't do no wrong. To "SOME" this show was all about Juliette and her abusive B/F and his gang. I would say that his state of mind was between bipolar and alcoholic.
