Adalind's wardrobe is probably meant to reflect the different ways she views those she's interacting with. Hexenbiests tend to use sex and seduction as weapons, so the way she dressed prior to having Kelly always reflected that. Then, in the fome with Kelly and Nick, her clothes reflected her shift to a more casual attitude and an emphasis on being a mom. When she decided to take her old job up again, she dressed for the office, but more conservatively than she used to (compare her clothing when she goes to her interview and is in her office to what she looked like at the office in Beeware, big difference). Since having to go to Conrad's, the way she dresses even when alone with Kelly probably reflect that she's in costume to play a part that she doesn't want to play and not at all comfortable in her surroundings, and once she gets back to the fome, her clothes will show that she's gone back to her new preferred comfort zone.
