This is not someone that would say no. She just doesn't want to be the aggressor. She wants him to want her.
You can't judge by that, she also told Juliette it was a whooper. If she did not find it enjoyable she would not have interest in Nick now. An interest beyond raising Kelly and taking care of her. Unless she is so used to quid pro quo she thinks it is expected. You see how she automatically asked the price with Viktor about the cloths. Even Nick she said she did not feel right accepting things from him. We have seen her go to is seduction. Even now it is in full gear. She just does not have the devious nature to capitalize on it. Also this friend thing, this doing something and expecting nothing in return, is new to her. Usually that is what she would use to exploit a situation. It will be interesting to she how to handles having her back against the wall. Will the old Adalind extend her claws and come out fighting.
Oh, I believe she told Viktor the truth. Remember, she believed Viktor had Diana and was going to give her back to Adalind. Adalind isn't going to lie when something as precious to her as Diana is at stake.
As for Juliette, why would Adalind tell the truth to Juliette? That would only benefit Juliette, not make her miserable.
I know a lot of people see her as a new character, good and true and I know a lot of people want her and Nick to have this wonderful relationship. But the fact is that their kiss didn't pan out to anything more and despite waltzing around in Nick's shirt, she's making sure things between them don't go further. I don't get the feeling that Nick wants them going further either, at least for the time being.
Adalind is also continuing to keep some dirty secrets from Nick. In addition, while claiming she's worried about what will happen when the suppression portion wears off, she's isn't lifting a finger to do anything about it. Then there's Meisner and her reaction to him, plus her reaction to Eve. Even Trubel is wondering exactly what her intentions are. At this time, I'm not convinced Adalind is changing into a new character.
