I can't answer your question. You've thrown in some factual information by stating there are those on the forum who think Juliette wants Nick back and even wants to marry him. But then your question veers off by asking if Nick would view her tryst as an act of infidelity.
The only people who can answer this question are the ones you made specific reference to. In other words, "those people on the forum who think Juliette wants Nick back and even wants to marry him". No doubt those same people will have an opinion on whether or not Nick considers the tryst with Kevin an issue *and* if he considers it infidelity.
You can answer the question, but refuse to do so. The simple definition of infidelity is:
Quote:the action or state of being unfaithful to a spouse or other sexual partner. If Nick and Juliette were in a committed relationship then while they professed "love" to each other, an "unfaithful act" constitutes infidelity. Nick and Juliette were living together. Some say Hexenette left Nick and the relationship ended, but she never took all her belongings and totally moved out. Nick put them in storage. Note that some of her final words to Nick were "Maybe I still love you. Maybe that's something that just never goes away." It is not an extreme reach for the writers to delete the "maybe" and have Juliette>Hexenette>FrankenEve>Juliette tell him this in season 6.
