For one, at least according to her, she's a relative unknown. This would seem to make sense because while Monroe knew of Marie, he knew nothing of Kelly. Second, she's over 50 years old. So while she's in great shape and looks cool in all that leather, she's still old. So a 50+ year old assassin has to have a hole card to put her above the rest in doing the job.
First of all, Kelly was one of the last Grimms. In the tv-show Grimm, they are the latest in a line of guardians who are sworn to keep the balance between humanity and mythological creatures. Secondly, Grimms are not normal humans. We do not know what’s a normal physical condition for Grimms in their 50s, but the storyline suggests it's pretty good.

More anti-Grimm theories pooled out of thin air. I can’t remember any character in Grimm that were portrayed as “extremely intelligent”. They all had different abilities and backgrounds. Rosalee knew a lot about herbs, Monroe; clocks and Wesen-history, Adalind; spells and potions, Juliette was a vet and Nick was good at perception and building alliances, and so on. Grimms where not portrayed as less intelligent than others. Nick was a successful detective at the age of 29, even before he was aware of his Grimm- abilities. According to Grimm wiki Nick had superhuman perception and eidetic memory.
