Nick doesn't need her. He's got the scoobies as well as Adalind and her brood. There's no necessity for Eve on the premises.
I would disagree that she is no longer Juliette because she is Juliette to one person and that is Nick. I recall him referring to her as Juliette during the last episode. I wonder what that's about.
The name "Juliette" is spoken twice in 5.22, The Beginning of the End, {underline added for reference purposes} per:
http://grimm.wikia.com/wiki/The_Beginnin...Transcript
First by Rosalee:
Quote:Scene: Monroe and Rosalee work on hiding the books in the spice shop basement. She speaks of Juliette as someone who is gone (Dead?) and FrankenEve is some other "person."
Monroe: All right, everything should fit in here. We're just gonna have to cover it really well.
Rosalee: I miss Juliette, but I'm sure glad we have Eve on our side right now.
Monroe: I have a feeling we're gonna need her and whole lot more.
Then by Nick:
Quote:{Scene}[Black Claw members continue to surround the loft, carrying guns]Nick is not just referring to her, but speaking directly to FrankenEve. The "concern" on her face is the first time the wooden woman has shown any "feelings." Note how the script identifies her lines by "Eve?" not "Eve" as if her true persona is now in question. Later in the tunnel:
Nick: Everybody into the tunnel.
Wu: Tunnel? What tunnel?
Monroe: But we don't know where it leads.
Nick: Time to find out.
Rosalee: Nick, we if get trapped down there, we're dead.
Nick: If we stay here, we're dead.
Trubel: What about Eve?
Nick: I got her.
[They hear thumping overhead and the elevator rumbling]
Nick: Go. Eve.
[Everyone starts climbing into the tunnel as Nick gets Eve]
Nick: Eve, we have to go.
Eve?: Where are you taking me?
Nick: We have to hide.
Eve?: What's happening to me?
Nick: I don't know.
Eve?: I don't understand. Nick... what's happening to me?
Nick: [He sees the concern on her face] Juliette?
Hank: Nick, we got to go.
Nick: Come on.
[Everyone climbs into the tunnel except Nick]
Quote:Trubel: How are you feeling? Are her feelings physical (pain) or emotional (guilt)? From:
Eve?: I feel... a lot.

Quote:Grimm's magic stick doesn't just heal your fatal boo boos. Now it brings back the dead.Note that DG says "neither Juliette nor Eve is particularly innocent." He speaks of them as two separate characters (I don't buy it) but says both are guilty (I agree).
It appears Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) isn't quite as dead as we were lead to be. Somehow this is the second time this season we've penned that sentence - first scuttling the Silverhardt 'ship, now popping back up with a few life preservers. Hadrian's Wall rewrote Juliette like an old VHS, but the magic stick has recovered bits of the original tape under Eve's GI Jane audition.
"There's part of her that was dead, that she had killed, that they had killed. Suddenly it was awakened. And because she's a Hexenbiest, it had a super effect," executive producer David Greenwalt told TV Line. "So we'll have to see what happens with the Eve side of her personality and now having all these feelings, which is going to include a lot of guilt. It'll be complex."
After all, neither Juliette nor Eve is particularly innocent. Memories of Juliette's final actions and Eve's recent transition into terrifying uber hexenbiest will weigh heavy on Nick's (David Giuntoli) mind as he adjusts to this latest curve ball.
