Hi Forum,
I was curious about Juliette/Hexenette/FrankenEve being pregnant and created a thread to explore that possibility:
http://grimmforum.com/forum/Thread-Julie...s-Pregnant
Through 02-24-2017 it got 169 posts.
This thread poses the question:
Did Juliette want to have children with Nick?
We do not have a complete facts, however since Nick sold the house without even a trace of Juliette, he must have owned it outright. We never saw any of Juliette's immediate family. She worked at the Roseway Veterinary Hospital beginning in 2006. There is no evidence that she was an owner. It is likely that her college loans took a significant portion of her income. She may have been a freeloader who feigned "love" to have Nick as her boyish sugar daddy. If she was so smart and financially well off why did she sleep in her car? Why did she shack up with Renard and then Kenneth? She couldn't even afford Motel 6?
To answer the question posed by this thread, NO, she did not want to have children with Nick. She was too weak to take on the responsibility of marriage and had no respect for motherhood. She may have wanted to become pregnant with Nick's child so she could abort the fetus and impress her feminist cronies, but she was unfit to be a mother.

Juliette spent time with Sean learning about her hexenbiest.

Juliette was staying somewhere else and told Ken that. He insisted that she stay the day they would be watching for Kelly.

My husband sleeps in the car when he is mad at me and it is cold sometimes. When you are mad you do not think it through.

Hi Mary,
She learned nothing from Renard:
[quote]Scene: Juliette goes into Renard's room and wakes him up when she puts Adalind's book onto his bed.

Juliette: There's nothing in here.
Renard: What?
Juliette: For me or for you. Now where is your mother? She did this to me.
Renard: Juliette, she said there was a possibility of some side effects. She didn't know this would happen to you. Now, please. You need to calm down.
Juliette: No, I'm done calming down, okay? You and Nick and Adalind and all of this Wesen insanity, I am so sick of it. Okay, I was normal before I met all of you. I want my life back. And if I don't get it...
Renard: What?
Juliette: You better watch out. [She leaves, slamming the door][/quote]
Why not suggest that your husband get a motel room or see if he can stay in a shelter? Do you want him to sleep in the car?

New Guy. Please dis-regard what Mary fantasizes about this time line. She keeps rehashing the same time line scenario that all this took place in months.

She moves in with Sean after sleeping one night in the car.

The next day she spreads her legs for Sean as she gets kicked out form his place.

The same day she follows Adalind and almost kills her with the gargoyle.

Later on she shows up at the spice shop and runs into Nick and the rest of the gang finds out about her Hexenbiest.

That evening Nick leaves Monroe ‘s hose because he is distraught about not knowing where she is.

At the same time, that night she goes bar hopping and gets thrown in jail.

She spends a week and a few days more in jail.

The only place she had to stay was the jail which Ken bailed her out of. As she comes out of the jail, Ken tells her about Nicks baby in Adalind.

She then goes directly to the Police station to confronted Nick. And walks into Adalind there by chance.

After the police station she goes to meets up with Ken at his hotel suite to discuss his offer.

The same night she goes out to burn the trailer, Call Nick to tell him the trailer was burning so that the Grimm Gang would respond to the trailer

With Nick and the gang busy with the trailer She takes the keys she still has because she dint break up yet. Shows up at Nick's home to send the fatal email to Kelly.

She then went back to the hotel with ashes in her hands to take Ken’s offer for the revenge planning and the, NOW, Adalind’s spare room

When she tells Ken she has a place to stay SHE IS LYING.

From the time she gets bailed out to the time she gets the offer to stay with Ken, no way that lapsed 3 to 6 months and staying somewhere or with friends. 2 days tops. And based on her reaction there was no break up

As for the time she leaves her house and gets thrown out of Sean's place was 2 or 3 days tops.

Both Scenarios with the time spent in jail, two to two and a half weeks.

When you get a chance, New Guy, check it out for yourself.

NG he thinks the whole show is 6 months and Adalind found she was pregnant with Kelly and gave birth in a week.

Her reaction is dicappatore's opinion not based on the story narrative.
He claiming that Juliette's lying about staying somewhere is opinion.
He believes that the dates on screens or watches does not matter. Medical tests can be take and you get results in the same.
Everything is happening at once.

Kelly is a normal baby is the story narrative.
Someone can be in the local jail for weeks.
You cannot use the same coat to claim it is the same day.

Juliette having the keys was her being difficult. Sean had trouble getting the keys back.

Hi Mary,
In reply to your comments:
1. he [dicappatore]thinks the whole show is 6 months and Adalind found she was pregnant with Kelly and gave birth in a week. In what post did he say these things?
2. He claiming that Juliette's lying about staying somewhere is opinion.
Here is the script:
Quote:Juliette: It's better that way. [She turns around to leave]
Kenneth: I'd prefer you not go.
Juliette: It's been a long day.
Kenneth: Then you should get some rest. Things are happening very quickly now. We can't afford to be out of touch.
Juliette: You expect me to stay here?
Kenneth: I do. Your room's right there.
Juliette: So you don't think Adalind is coming back.
Kenneth: I don't see why she would. Now that Nick knows he's going to be a Grimm daddy, I'm sure he's taking very good care of her.
She does not say she has somewhere to stay, but is leaving, so where is she going?
3. He believes that the dates on screens or watches does not matter. Where did he say that?
4. Medical tests can be take and you get results in the same. Where did he say that?
5. Everything is happening at once. What are you saying?
You claim:
1. Kelly is a normal baby is the story narrative. What are you saying?
2. Someone can be in the local jail for weeks. What are you saying?
3. You cannot use the same coat to claim it is the same day. Are you saying a different coat wold evidence the same (or different) day?

When I read the extensive list of events posted by dicappatore I do not see glaring errors, but it seems accurate in events and sequence.

I believe this thread asks "Did Juliette want to have children with Nick?" There is a picture of Juliette looking at her home pregnancy test result that seemed to take an hour or so. Is this the "test" you refer to in #4?

If my husband is mad he wants his family to stay away from him and he is fine in a day.

Mary, pay close attention to this;

Adalind gets pregnant as Juliette, the day of Rosalee and Monroe’s wedding, Season 3 Episode 22. Kelly is born at the end of Season 5, Episode 1. Thats a whole season and some!

Juliette confronts Nick the 1st time at his house in S4,E-14 that she is now a Hexenbiest

As a woman you should know better, Conception starts when you have sex and fertilization occurs, not when you find out when you are pregnant.

In Addition, as a Hexenbiest, pregnancies seen to go by faster than a normal Do a timeline on when she was pregnant with Diana.

So, between S3-22 and S5-1 Yea she is pregnant. Kelly is not conceived when Juliette leaves Nick and shows up at Sean’s house asking for a place to stay.

Btw that’s is another instance to add to when Juliette admits to Sean she still hadn’t told Nick about the Hex.

So please work on your time line and also work on how Nick was constant trying to work things out as Juliette was on the fast train to fu-k everyone else.

The Episodes from Season 4, 14 to 22 are on a much faster sequence of events than the Episodes from Season 3, E-22 to S4, E-14

Adalind was pregnant with Kelly full term. It's only Diana, who subsequently went through the ritual Adalind performed on herself, that was a shortened pregnancy and it was specifically stated on the show.

Even though Kelly's full term, I do believe Juliette's spiral out of control happened in a much shorter time. I think the mid-season break is what's confusing everything because during the break, real time passed as did the time on the show didn't pass but not as smoothly that's why we see a visibly pregnant Adalind just a few episodes after her fight with Juliette were we couldn't even tell she was pregnant.

The problem is that the writers meshed the two vastly differing time-lines together (Adalind's offscreen normal pregnancy growth and Juliette's blitzkrieg against Nick) and they hoped nobody would notice. There's an argument for both time-lines being correct and also being wrong. I think if Claire's pregnancy wasn't used on the show but Adalind still ended up pregnant with Kelly, there's high probability that Adalind would have given birth at the end of S5 instead of 8 or so episodes after finding she was pregnant and people wouldn't be arguing over when what happened etc.

I may have the time for the mid-season break incorrect, someone can tell me if the break happened before or after Adalind found out she was pregnant. Because I'm not in the US, the show for me didn't have any breaks, at least not any that I remember.

Mary and rpmaluki. Please read.

As season ends, between the end of one season and the beginning of the next, the timeline is even shorter than the time between episodes of the season itself. They are always “Cliff Hangers”

End of season 1, E22, Nick meets his mom in a fight.
The beginning of season 2 continues with the exact same fight when he meets his mom. Not the summary or the recap of the previous episode, but the actual start of S2, E1. Time line between the 2 seasons, A minute tops.

S2, E22. Nick is drugged by the voodoo guy and is shut in a metal coffin.
S3, E1. The gang is still dealing with the zombies and you see the metal coffin put in the van. Time span? A few minutes while the gang is fighting the rest of the zombies.

S3, E22, ends with the whole wedding mess. The gang leaves the wedding. Nick lost his Grimm, Adalind is on a flight to Vienna. Nick, Juliette and Trubel in front of the house. Nick and Juliette still in their wedding clothes with the police investigating Sean has been shot. Time span? Maybe an hour or less.

S4, E1. The same scenario. Police are still investigating the Sean shooting but the FBI shows up with Chavez. Nick, Juliette and Hank still dressed up for the wedding they were a. Time laps? 10 minutes? Maybe?

S4, E22. Nick is about to be killed by Juliette. Trubel shoots Juliette, saves Nick’s life. Chaves shows up at the scene.
S5, E1. Nick wakes up from the drug he was injected with and recalls what happened. Remembers Juliette was shot. Juliette’s body and his moms head and Trubel are gone. Time laps? An hour or two?

S5, E22. The gang runs into the tunnel. Nick faces Bonaparte and Sean. Sean stabs Bonaparte in the back while under the control of Diane. Drops the sword and walks out.
S6, E1 the gang is in the tunnels after escaping the big fight. Sean shows up at his house. Adalind asks if Nick is dead. He says NO, and tells her he is still alive and Bonaparte is dead. Time laps. Maybe an hour.

Any season endings are all cliff hangers and in these time laps, one season starts right as the previous one ended. To assume that in between the seasons breaks extend the time line. I have just shown you it’s exactly the opposite. Mid-season breaks actually shortens it.
