What if Grimm DNA makes magic stronger than it really is?
The hat magic is temporary, but in the grimm body it became stronger and almost permanent.
If the same applies to the stick, a normal person/wesen will only be healed by the stick. But its magic will be increased by a grimm and who knows what it can do.

When he was blinded by man fly and you hearing increased. And under the charm of the Muse. And she said he had more power. I do not think he meant his body.

We know a Grimm is different because of their DNA, we don't know all the differences. Keeping this in mind the relic may be working on Nick's DNA it has healed him three times so it has already effect a Grimm's normal good healing power.
Now the first Knights had the relic so likely one of them used it, so in the old books do you think there might be some answers?

Forgot about that good point, she the power before she knew he was a Grimm.
It appeared that the only mention of the relic in Nick's books was on that burnt page that Kelly pulled out of the secret drawer in the trailer. The Nebosja books are another matter.

Correct but that was just one page, maybe the old books have the whole text. This would help end some plotlines easily. So the Nebosia books may come out was surprised that Trubel don't look for her family before she left were you?

I think Nick can find the answer in the old books. But the original knights may also have decided to hide any information about the effects of stick over a grimm to protect themselves.
Imagine if the royals found out the stick was able create an army of super grimms, what would the royals do with this info?
Imagine if plus that the royals found out the stick allows someone to somehow control this super-grimm army, what would the royals do with this info?
Apparently the stick is trying to control Nick in some level. Maybe the grimm knights found out it and hided it to protect themselves from the royals.
