So is Trubel is related to Nick? Because that's the only new spoilery answer I got from this article. Everything else has either happened or we know will happen in tonight's episode. I was glad to hear Trubel beat out Meisner even if it's only by 10 votes. I have loved her since she first appeared. I am one of the people that wanted her to work with Nick instead of HW. She's the reason I hated that organisation. I felt they'd turned her too much into a puppet albeit a badass one.
Surprised and yet not surprised about the Adalind vs Juliette question. I appreciate them talking about the passion from both camps and is 2 to 1 really such a big margin? How many votes did they tally that makes them think that margin is a landslide? I love the stories about how most of the characters ended up staying much longer on the show. Those always intrigue me. If I had to choose between spinoff show, reunion movie or graphic novel, I'd go for the novel. There a wider range of stories to tell with the same characters, more opportunities for them to grow and development. The grimm/wesen mythology and world building alone are worth exploring in detail not hampered by network television. We won't lose anyone because the actors decide to move on to other projects. I really want them to continue the story in some fashion. It can't all end three weeks from now.

Quote:But there is a scene coming up where Nick and Juliette are talking about how everybody changed drastically in the course of six years, and it goes into larger issues than who did what to whom. Is happiness or having a purpose the point? Would you go back if you could to some more innocent time? Probably not. That’s a big life lesson. You get your nicks and scratches, but you go forward.”This statement in the article seems to have two purposes. One to let use know Eve is content with how things turned out. The second is for Nick to realize he is a Grimm with a purpose. And that will override this home and family life he has been chasing since season one.

So far Nick's family is in constant danger but not from who is Nick but from who they are so Nick may have to leave Portland with his family and maybe change names and so on like Aunt Marie did.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.

I see it more as Nick has found what he's looking for in the family he has with Adalind without compromising his life as a Grimm as opposed to the hopes he had with Juliette at the beginning of the show, where it was presented as either one or the other. Eve on the other hand has found her purpose in the midst of her confusion. Neither of them can go back to that "innocent" time where they were obviously different people to what we see today. That is the message to take from this. Nick and Eve are on different paths one of happiness (although I don't like the word specifically because it's too basic) vs the other of purpose.

To have a purpose in life is to be happy too. That does not mean being married to be happy. Juliette was a tortured person who did not understand. I say it because she had a good job and had become a "Wesen". There is nothing wrong in it.

She was never shown to have any feelings about being a vet. She truly did not have and obsession with it, like Monroe with his clocks. What the show does not address. why Eve no longer has a desire or feel she could be a vet. She was shown being a vet while a hexenbiest. IMO she is trying to reconcile why she was given the abilities she has. that way she see's it as a destiny instead of a curse.

Thus I assume atleast 200+ people votes were tallied. if Adalind got twice the votes as Juilette than basically it would have been: 120+ votes for Adalind and 60+ Votes for Juilette. 2/3 of the votes were for Adalind and 1/3 for Juilette. For every 2 people who said yes to Adalind, 1 person said yes to Juilette.

Accepting to be a "Hexenbiest" would have extended the life of Juliette. For me she never quite accepted. I think Juliette had a more social life than Monroe. He was just a bachelor dedicated to your workout routine and fixing watches. Had his friends Wesen but he did not interfere in anyone's business. Nick came and his life changed. Monroe knew the brother of Rosalee but would have gone if Nick would not be?. And Nick does not seem to have any other friends- of course the police work takes time , so it seems that their acquaintances knew them as police. Juliette also knew her when she made a complaint.
