It is always a bad idea to assume those who do not talk about God do not believe in some sort of God or higher power. We have found out that a lot of those who thump their holy books can have some seriously shading events they want no one to know about. Back when I was being raised as a traditional RC I thought church meetings in tents were silly. Now that I have gotten older with more experience, I don't judge other people's religious activity as long as it follows Jefferson's rule : As long as your religion does not pick my pocket or break my bones, I don't really care.
True. However, Nick, Wu, and Hank didn't act as though the tent revival meeting was silly. They actually seemed contemptuous of it. So the chances of them delving into a serious discussion of what Dwight was doing and why seems nil.
That said, Nick believes in the power of magic.
