Bremen ruins are the wooded area where Nick took Adalind's powers in order to save Hank.
The postman's cabin (not necessarily his house) is in the first episode of the show, Nick's first wesen case where he'd saved a kidnapped girl from the blutbad postman. It's also the same place Nick and Renard took Adalind and the kids at the end of the show in order to hide Diana away from Zerstörer. Because it's isolated in the woods, they thought he wouldn't find them but he did.
