I'm not really knocking either Nick or Juliette for the scene. I don't think anything should be held against either one even if I everything I saw was the absolute truth. The scene just played out differently than imagined and I chalk that up to the writers wanting to take advantage of having Nick and "Adalind" in bed together.
At the time the Juliette/Adalind reverse sex spell had been presented as the only option too. Nick wanted /needed his grimm back. As an audience member, I wanted Nick to regain his grimm too. Nick was the central character of a show called grimm. He was "the" grimm yet had no grimm. What good was he then to the show? Lol. I cringed, but they had to do it right? Juliette finally came around, even though she truly had nothing to gain from it. Actually it meant her losing any chance of a normal with Nick, which is what she really wanted. However, they both did not realize that there would be such negative consequences that would lead to the end of the relationship.
