Her is what I see as a big difference between Nick and Juliette and even Eve. With Juliette and Eve Nick cares about what they say. He does not with Adalind. The conversation about him using the light in the tunnel. or his conversation about going to Germany. He was not trying to convince her. He was just letting her know what he was getting ready to do. Nick seems to respect Juliette and Eve. He values Adalind's information. Another problem I see with Adalind. She does not work well with other. Even with Sean, Eric and Victor she was a lose cannon and a screw up. You can't depend on Adalind. Adalind has never put a self on the line. Juliette and Eve have. Adalind always does whats best for Adalind. Even when it is the wrong move.
Take Eric she works for him against Sean. Gets pregnant to get her powers. And it was downhill after that. Then there was Eric she did his dirty work for what she thought was her best move. It ended with her in the dungeon.
Nick and Adalind seem like a couple but not a team. But then Adalind is not a team player. Nick and Juliette seemed like a couple and a team. Nick and Eve seem like a team. NIck is nothing but a team player. That's why his being a Grimm is so hard.
