Under that contract Adalind was to turn over the baby. Did Adalind break the contract? If so as we don't know what's in the contract what do you think could be the out come?
Could her powers fail or could the royal family (if the Gypsy) had signed over the contract have a right to LBB?
One of the last scenes I remember with the Gypsy Queen was she explaining herself to Victor about Adelaind running away with the child. After that, the royals went after Adelaind and no Gypse in the show anymore (as far as remember).
Based on that, I would say that the contract was "sold" to the royals... so Adelaind's debit were with the royals, but Victor took Diana (Diana was after taken by Nick's mother, but Adelaind was not in that plot).
So, my guess is that this debit Adelaind has no more. She actually tried to help Victor to take Diana back prior to Juliette hexabiest plot.
But.... looking in the other way... There a plot hole opened here...
We don't know what type of consequence the royals imposed over the gypse queen...
Imagine that the royals took something from her... Or canceled some other deals they have with her because of the Adelaind scape... The gypse queen could return to the show seeking for revenge...
I see the contract completed... But this doesn't mean that the gypse queen is happy with Adelaind... It depends on what happenend between her and the royals.
I see the gypse seeking revenge over Adelaind in a way of passing a message... If the gypse queen let Adelaind run away, other people that make "bussiness" with her would believe that can simply not go to end with the deal. Revenge over Adelaind would be a message to other "clients": those who make deals with gypse queen must comply with the agreement.
But I see she gouing against the royals too... The same reason: to pass a message to others.
