Maybe even just in the form of a comic book, a novel, or best possible scenario, picked up by another network like Netflix.

I would watch a spin off with any of the characters. If well written, it could be on my must see list. But do I expect one--no, not really. There have been few successful spin offs, and I think it would be too risky for the entertainment industry. Will and Grace is having a reboot, but all those actors haven't done much in a long time, so they probably are desperate for a small pay check. Sad

Isn’t one of the actors on Will & Grace a writer or producer for Grimm?

Yes. Sean Hayes from Will and Grace was executive co-producer along with Todd Milliner for Grimm.
