Just took a look at ratings...

Grimm's S06 episodes had an average rating/share of 0.8/3.

Emerald City, the series that replaced Grimm, was cancelled after 10 episodes, never bringing in better than 0.6/2

The series currently in Grimm's old time slot, Taken, started its S01 airing on Monday nights and brought in 1.6/6, but by midseason had leveled off at...0.8/3. It was moved to Grimm's old time slot for its S02 where it is currently bringing in 0.5/2.

The show also seems to do very well on online streaming services like Amazon prime, the show has quite a lot of reviews on Amazon prime, more than a lot of NBC other shows and former shows that are streaming on Amazon.
