Unless the title's referring to a new captain who's been transferred to the precinct in Renard's place.
My guess is it's a reference to this poem:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O_Captain!_My_Captain! Could mean, that (a now evil) Sean Renard is still there, but the "Captain Renard" we all knew, has died, and Nick and the others realize this for good.
