I believe Nick's team must see the map sections on the four other keys. I was thinking of someone to act as a kind of double agent - Adalind's her name and deception's her game. The Royals wouldn't suspect her. (She would have to have a compelling reason to throw in with the Scoobies - Diana, and that could be arranged.) Plus, she'll be there.
Of course, the Royals could be thinking the same thing and decide to just get a copy of the map sections Nick has instead of the actual keys, but who would they use to be the infiltrator? Scrap this theory if the keys themselves must each open something. Adalind's next mission would then have to be to steal the four keys, piece of cake.
Does the fact that the compass rose appears on Nick's part of the map perhaps make it possible his key marks the starting point of the trail? Maybe the seventh key has a map legend explaining the geographical meaning of the marked places on the other six.
