Abalone is the most interesting female on the show and the second to third most interesting character on the show period. She has great chemistry with every male on the show that she has encountered. She is also one of the most interesting villains on the show and has accomplished the most in taking down Nick. Even the Royals barely accomplished as much as she has.
People also need to realize that Grimm and Wesson have been at war for a very long time. Even Monroe was scared of Nick and wanted him dead when they first meet. Wessens and Grimm will always be at war.
Nick and Adalind will become working allies but nothing else. Adalind has all of the aspects that keep Nick from being with Juliette.
I also like Adalind for her ability to come up with a plan and carry it out. You have to admit, All of Adalind's self serving plans have worked. Also Adalind has attitude she is no push over. I like the scene in season one when she meets Sean under the bridge. She tells Sean "I'll take care of this", woges and walks over to take out the mugger. The same as Juliette when she asked the guy in the bar "how about now" woges and throws him across the bar.
With Juliette taking the Hexenbiest spotlight, I'm a little mystified about where that leaves Adalind. Unless they're planning to kill Adalind off, I don't see where they can take her second pregnancy subplot from here. Nor do I like the idea of reverting Juliette back into a human.
Maybe she and Juliette could get some kind of "foster sisters" thing going in S5, with Nick bounced back and forth like a baby brother they both pick on?

The Nick & Adalind relation spices things up in the show. At the end, I would prefer Nick embracing the solitude life of a Grimm.
I would advised against Nicky G. fighting in solitude. His friends is what keep him well grounded to humanity. Without them, eventually be defeated or revert back to Super-Grimm, terrorizing anyone who gets his away.
Adalind is a sociopath but I believe the love of her children and the neutralized hexenbiest could slowly enable her to be good. I believe the child[ren] would cool the rage on both them but they would need Trubel as bodyguard/backup for 5 years until she's ready to be out on her own.
I can see Adalind & Trubel becoming friends... eventually.

I fully agree that Adalind is the more alluring Hexenbeist on the show. From the get go I always thought Juliette was a nagging female dog.
That being said, I just don't see how Nick could ever have a love interest with Adalind. Now I am about 15 years older than the main characters in question and there is no way a guy of my generation would hook up with a skank like Adalind. She is the type you park with for a night or two, but not the type you take home to mother.
And I just don't see guys in their mid 30s that indifferent to a woman's past.Maybe the 20 something are okay with this, but...really. Even Renard's mother knew Adalind is a slut.
So as much as folks may cheer for Adalind/Nick it i preposterous from a male point of view. From Nick;s perspective, his boss has done her,his partner has done her,he has done her,the Royal line has passed her around like a joint...
And as for Juliette - that is done for by similar logic.
It will be interesting to see how the writer's resolve this. Face it, Nick can do a lot better.
