Upon recollection, I should have replied to pale boy, and not you. However, if I think about a joke for too long, I've very likely to realize how bad it is, and not post it. I don't want to go down that road.
I was watching the latest episode of Royal Pains and there was a new patient of Hank's, Maya, who works at a Doggy Daycare. Anyway she looked real familiar. But I couldn't place her. A quick trip to IMDB didn't help, and neither did the Royal Pains website. So i googled what info I had and found the name of the actress on TV Guide. I was pretty surprised to find out it was Claire Coffee. I think she was a just a guest star for this episode.
Claire Coffee is a beautiful girl and is the perfect casting choice for Adalind, imo. Never have noticed how the underwear scenes are divided up between the sexes, so no comment there, but it does seem that Adalind is shaping up to be a real wildcard in the program.
She's a tricksy little witchy and keeps stirring the pot (pmp), with her changing loyalties and machinations. (Admittedly, her switching alliances were brought on by rejections by her mom and Renard, so all's fair.)
But this dangerous scheme to market a royal baby with unknown patronage is bold and foolhardy, even for Adalind. I fear that, as in most other instances where she has tried and failed to carry out a naughty plan, this one will place her in mortal danger.
Relying on the writers to save her, tho', because she's one of the most interesting villains in the show. Whose side will the little kitty be on next? - pulling for the Scoobies. Because in spite of her overzealous strategy faux pas in the past, am applying the 'enemy of my enemy is my friend' expedient here.
"The only thing that will redeem mankind is cooperation." Bertrand Russell - printed on a beer mat in "Shaun of The Dead".
I absolutely love claire/adalind, I think claire plays her perfectly, and adalind is the perfect manipulator.
she knows exactly what to say and how to act, I don't think they changed her at all, I think they just showed how good she is at manipulation. that little girl voice thing she does, hehehe! that is awesome, how she best frau pech, again awesome!!
i have no prob with adalind and renard taking it off, i have a prob with nick not taking enough off LOL!

In my estimation the writters changed the whole profil of the both ladys in the middle of the first season. In the first episodes Adalind was this strong evil woman which want to kill Nicks aunt, and work very tough. Then she became the little girl from the captain. At the moment I found that the writers are one a good way to bring the frist look of Adalind back. And if sexy&strong or badder inteligent is not a good combination for the TV. And I mean that totally objective.
Yes, Adalind did want to kill Nick's Aunt, but it was at the behest of Captain Renard, not at her own volition.
Adaline is one character you start to fill sorry for. From the beginning she gets used by every one she trust. First it is renard, who after her doing his bidding throws her to Nick, Then it is Eric whos only wants her baby. Then the scoobies befriend her then they betray her. Now viktor is taking advantage. All i see for the furture is her going really bad ass with aligance to only herself. The other possibilty is when viktor can't produce the child she retaliates against the royals. Cauasing the scobbies to have to come to her rescue.

Why would they do that?
The only reason I could think of is that they need her to re-Grimm Nick.
